
Our Property Management Team have over 25 years experience delivering specialist advice to leading institutional funds, investors and private property companies.
KPMS manage a diverse range of properties from single property investments to complex property portfolios. Our team have a track record of managing a property portfolio valued at over €2bn with a €100m rent roll and €20m of service charge. We also have a track record of minimising voids through tenant retention and leasing up any vacant space.
Each property comes with its own challenges and opportunities. Our aim to identify a suitable plan for each asset and to implement the plan over a period of time so that the value of each property is maximised.
We proactively seek to implement various initiatives, these include improving sustainability and arranging community events for tenants to assist with retention. We manage the lifecycle of a building by prudently accruing for future capital expenditure projects and refurbishing the common areas when required.
As a key advisor to our property development clients, we provide advice to the design team on a tenants occupational requirements and how the common areas are to be laid out. Where a development is multi-tenanted we advise on service charge structures, budgets and apportionments.
All financial reporting is customised for each clients specific requirements. We use a range of industry software including Yardi, Horion, Qube and other client applications where required.
